Positive Impact Reaches Agreement with NPA

Positive Impact S+E, a New Jersey-based sports and entertainment consulting firm, and their joint venture partner, Stafford Sports, were awarded a one-year agreement to provide sports and entertainment advisory services to the Newark Parking Authority (NPA) to assist with the Authority’s obligation at the Prudential Center Arena.

The Authorities (NHA owns the Prudential Center Arena) asked the Positive Impact Team to assist in a number of lease matters for the 2014-2015 year. Areas of consultation include tenant compliance with rent amounts due to the Authority, capital matters, compliance with the basic lease and amendments, development opportunities and serving as industry experts for the public authorities providing best practices advice on facility ownership.

Positive Impact has served in this capacity for the City of Newark and the Authorities for the past 7 years.
