Positive Impact Sports and Entertainment Part of Consultant Team Reviewing Master Service for the University of Houston

Positive Impact Sports and Entertainment, in conjunction with Stafford Sports, LLC, has been retained by the University of Houston to conduct a business review of all master services and partnership agreements.

Positive Impact S+E and Stafford Sports, LLC, will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that both business, operational and financial goals are addressed. The companies will provide the University of Houston with a comprehensive review of the suitability of its existing agreement and the capabilities of the current partnerships.

As part of the study methodology, Positive Impact S+E and Stafford Sports, LLC will consult University administration, stakeholders and legal counsel to obtain an understanding of all University goals.  

Stafford Sports, LLC and Positive Impact S+E are using their knowledge and experience in all areas of facilities management to provide an overview of the competitive Houston-market landscape. This will provide valuable context for the University and allowed for insight into the ability of University facilities to compete for external events.

A narrative including a series of recommendations to the University on all policies, procedures and systems necessary for a sustainable and successful operation of athletic facilities will be provided.
