Bill Tuccillo

Director of event operations

As Director of Event Operations, Tuccillo is involved in all aspects of project implementation and event management for Positive Impact. This includes ensuring projects are executed efficiently, stay within budget and on schedule, working with staff and other key individuals to implement project activities, monitoring and reporting on client progress and collecting and analyzing data. Tuccillo also oversees event operations and sponsor activation and fulfillment for clientele. His ability to manage a project from the ground up while faced with tight deadlines is a skill that is unmatched by his industry peers.

Among Tuccillo's current list of client's at Positive Impact; Fox Sports, West Point Army Athletics, BIG3 Basketball, University of Houston, the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, Monmouth Park Racetrack, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Villanova University, Team Walker and TendedBar.

Prior to assuming his role at Positive Impact, he worked at Jetty where he was tasked with the set up and takedown of events and com­petitions. In addition to event management, he worked alongside both co-founders of Jetty to predict future merchandise sales based on the evaluation of past sales of each client along the east coast.

He is a graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and has a BS in Exercise Science and Sport Studies with a concentration in Sports Management. He was a member of the Rutgers University Exercise Science and Sport Management Club and Treasurer of the Surf Club, where he handled expenses and funds for the club and also performed beach cleanups and restorations. Tuccillo also holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration.

Tuccillo is an extreme sports enthusiast, and if not participating in sports, can be found coaching them.

Tuccillo has made a significant impact in his local community. He was a Volunteer Assistant Throwing Coach for Varsity Track and Field at his high school where he trained and educated throwers on proper throwing techniques, movements and mechanics, specializing in javelin and coached five javelin throwers to the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association Sectionals in 2014 and four javelin throwers in 2015.

He continues to assist Jetty with events and charitable foundation work, has worked with Jerry Walker's Foundation, Team Walker, which creates programs that provide safe and constructive alternatives to the negative influences that plague inner-city youth and volunteers for Riders for a Cause, New Jersey dedicated to raising funds to fight cancer.
